Vincent is based in Los Angeles, California, where he founded NATRAD in 2022. As the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and a board member, he plays a pivotal role in steering the organization's strategic direction. Vincent is committed to broadening NATRAD's impact and fostering innovative global services. His leadership is guided by a steadfast adherence to the core principles of HONESTY, INTEGRITY, and SERVICE, ensuring that the organization not only thrives but also positively influences communities worldwide. 

(Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Board Member) 

Alex is a dedicated Maryland resident, currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in environmental science. With a passion for making a meaningful impact, he became a board member of the NATRAD organization in 2022, where he actively seeks to drive positive change in the community.   In his personal time, Alex enjoys immersing himself in a variety of interests. He finds joy in reading diverse genres, which broadens his perspective and knowledge. He also engages in exciting adventures with friends, such as attending renowned events like Comic-Con, where creativity and fandom thrive. Furthermore, he appreciates the tranquility of nature, often taking leisurely walks in local parks and forests, which allow him to reflect and rejuvenate. Guided by strong values, Alex prioritizes creativity, kindness, and friendship in both his professional and personal endeavors. He believes in the importance of HONESTY, TEAMWORK, and INTEGRITY, principles that shape his contributions to the organization and his interactions with others.
